I am really in need of some Godly wisdom. Even though I put God in front of the word "wisdom", for me the two words are synonymous!  Without God in the picture there is no wisdom, only knowledge. So I "know" that everything happens for a reason and nothing happens that catches God by surprise. What I'm struggling with is the next step for me in this situation. Lord, I need clarity. I don't want to act out of emotion. Let me see clear what you want me to do.

Could you have a bad day if you lived in Niceville, Florida? Take it a step further. Would you be grumpy and out of sorts if you reflected on what Anna has called you? You are beloved. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Have a great day!

This reading through the Bible is a bit different from other times when I've done it. I'm using different translations for one thing.  I especially like the Passion Translation with all of its notes that being so much clarity to names of people and places.  The readers on Sunday also are an added bonus. All of this and we're only in II Corinthians! Can't wait for what else God is going to do in this walk.

Taking a light aside today. Don't have a clue why this popped in my head this morning. Then again, it's probably residual from a conversation on yesterday. The question is, what do you think the queen carries on her purse?  After all she doesn't need car or house keys. She doesn't need paper and pen to make her grocery list.  Do you think she has a cellphone in there? The only things we came up with that we were pretty sure she had were tissues and her gloves, if she wasn't wearing them.  Wanna add anything we missed?
